[Barbara's Daily Message] Overcoming Emotional Fatigue

When you've got a lot to do
You can get overwhelmed by it
The emotional load can be very draining
And this causes fatigue, tiredness, poor sleep, stress, anxiety, etc...
Taking care of your own needs becomes very important at these times
But this doesn't change the circumstances
When things get too much, when its all in your face
Getting in your mental helicopter is vital
Getting up and away from everything and then look back down
Get perspective and give yourself some mental space
Then you can look at everything, be realistic, prioritise, decide what to do
And get yourself off the hamster wheel.
