[Barbara's Daily Message] Focus
What is focus?
Almost everybody sees it as a narrowing down of our attention onto one spot or thing
Our attention drawn to something
This feels physically and mentally tiring
What if focus was the opposite
An opening up of our attention
And allowing what we want to lend our attention too to come to us
To enter our attention rather than send part of us away from ourself
This way our focus is freer, more relaxed and we can be more open to what is going on around us.
