[Barbara's Daily Message] Sleep

Are you getting enough sleep?
When we are tired we become slower and more lethargic
Our judgement and decision making can be impaired
Making it more difficult to go to bed and get to sleep
Meditation is a great way to switch off before you go to sleep
And really allows us to sleep well
Ten minutes of meditation before going to bed will bring more restful and better quality of sleep afterwards
