[Barbara's Daily Message] Emotional Fatigue

When life is tiring and you are tired with life what do you do?
Get more sleep?
Take a holiday?
Do more exercise?
Or do you look at what is causing the fatigue?
Assess whether the cause is short term or long term?
And work out what you can do to reduce the impact of the cause(s)?
It's important to balance short term needs (sleep, food, exercise, work)
With long term needs: having reasonable goals, prioritising what you do and don't do, having regular time to yourself and switching off from the numerous commitments
Remember, looking after yourself and having downtime are the foundation to everything else.
