[Barbara's Daily Message] Physical Balance

To be in good physical health
Requires us to be healthy across all areas of ourselves and our lives
To be balanced we need to bring consistency to our physical activities
The old adage is true: use it or lose it
Take time in your week to:
- Do enough exercise
- Maintain flexibility and range of our joints
- Be active: walk 10000 steps a day
- Have a healthy diet and maintain your weight at a reasonable level.
And enjoy more energy and zest for life.
