[Barbara's Daily Message] Emotional Balance

Emotionally balanced and steady
How often are we this way? More often we end up:
Tired and tearful
Competitive and distant
Stressed and angry
Do you want your life to be different?
Do you want to move from daily distress towards:
Calm and relaxation
Peace and contentment
Joy and compassion
Then remember to be kind to yourself and others
Give yourself permission to look after yourself
Support your emotional self daily with calming and centering activities such as meditation, tai chi, yoga, nature walks
To achieve and maintain your emotional balance.
