They bring us joy, peace and interactions

Making and maintaining connections can take effort

Remember your core ones, the ones you have in person

These keep you real, grounded in the world

These are the ones who support you when things aren't right

Your light connection is also there to help and support you

Keep your friends and family close and the light too.

Understand what is important

Learn what can be

Life in the light isn't always smooth but it is always true
