We can do things faster and better
We are more integrated, more global
But have we got the skills and discipline to manage ourselves?
To stop technology, external pressures, other things taking over our world?
So we can be ourselves at ease with the world and technology
Staying in contact with the light, with nature and with the world outside ourselves helps keep us grounded
