If not, how many assumptions, limits, must/should do's or can't do's have you erected around your true self?
All these barriers limit your life in the light
Stop hiding your true self
Living your life in the light with truth, love and compassion needs freedom from barriers
Recognise barriers when they arise and move past them by being free to make your own choices.
